Exchanges & Returns
CIKA provides a service that allows you to exchange or return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange or return items, please follow these steps:
1. Inform your exchange or return intention by sending an email to: info@cika.pt
2. Send the items with the invoice to the following address:

3. The items must be delivered new, unused and in their original packaging with the seal intact. If the seal is removed, it will not be possible to return the item.
Upon arrival of the returned items we will control and check the quality of them, validating their exchange or return.
After accepting the same exchange or return, the following rules are applied:
- Exchanges: If you exchange it for a higher value item, you will be charged the additional amount or the remaining value for lower value items. The value will be returned through the same initial payment methods.
- Returns: after return and internal acceptance, CIKA returns the amount through the same means of payment that was used by the consumer in the initial transaction. Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the returned items.
